Have you tried various methods to stay on track with your goals but nothing seems to work? Sometimes it is just a matter of understanding where you want to prioritize each chunk of time for optimal productivity.

This schedule can be your blank template used to create your own schedule for working on your most impactful tasks. Included are the following features:

• Form-fillable PDF. Edit fields in the PDF to meet your needs without having to print.
• Start on Monday. Begin your work calendar with Monday to truly view Saturday AND Sunday as the end of your week.
• 5 am – 11 pm day. For those who like to get started in the wee hours of the morning to others who are night owls,
• Two-hour increments. Dedicate at least 90 minutes to a task, project or meeting and include breaks and travel for a total of two hours at a time.
• Major goal. Your overarching goal for the month or quarter is written at the top as a reminder to help you maintain focus.
• Daily theme/goal. A daily theme dedicated to a specific function or outcome will help you focus. Sales and marketing, administration, product development/content creation, and recruitment/team-building are some functions you should devote time to for company growth but I’m sure you can think of many more. Potential outcomes include $1,000 in sales, 3 new staff, $500 saved, etc.

This fillable PDF can be completed using your laptop or smart device so you can conveniently refer to it while you’re in work mode. You can even convert your completed schedule into a jpg (or with a screenshot) and make it your desktop or smartphone wallpaper. And of course, if you’re old school like me, you are welcome to print it out.
